5.2 Payment is due in advance unless otherwise specified.
5.3 Late payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.

6. Confidentiality

6.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared.
6.2 SpaceCrew Virtual Assistants will not disclose or use client information for purposes outside the scope of the Services.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Any work product delivered by SpaceCrew Virtual Assistants is the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified.
7.2 SpaceCrew Virtual Assistants retains ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, or resources used in service delivery.

8. Termination

8.1 You may terminate the Services at any time with written notice.
8.2 SpaceCrew Virtual Assistants reserves the right to terminate or suspend Services for violations of these Terms or non-payment.

9. Liability

9.1 SpaceCrew Virtual Assistants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Services.
9.2 Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for Services in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Amendments

10.1 SpaceCrew Virtual Assistants reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
10.2 We will notify clients of significant changes, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA  without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
